Jerry is a small town South Carolina boy living the life of his dreams on 45-mile long Lake Murray with his family in their own book and newspaper publishing businesses. His interests include faith, family, friends, learning, teaching, traveling, old movies, reading, writing, cooking, the Carolina Gamecocks, working out, Rotary, Toastmasters, the VIP Club and time each year relaxing with family and friends on the South Carolina coast.

He and his wife also own Bellune Properties LLC. They publish two newspapers and a variety of niche publications for their customers. Jerry is the founder of the Lexington Business Association and founding president of the Lexington and West Metro Business Development Clubs, He is past-president of the SC Press Association and a past-president of the Breakfast Club. He is an active Rotarian, a professional motivational speaker and member of Toastmasters International and the National Speakers Association.

Jerry has taught journalism at Seton Hall University and been invited to share his ideas and experience as a visiting expert at Temple University. He has taught post graduate writing, marketing and business courses at Midlands Technical College. He is a frequent guest speaker at press association and newspaper industry conferences and at the University of South Carolina.
Jerry conducts Fun-Shop Seminars for Newspaper Organizations and Business Enterprise.
